Part of the limited St-Rémy's Cask Finish Collection. This expression has its final maturation in oak casks that previously held French cabernet sauvignon based wine. Expect fine aromas and flavours of dark fruit, ginger and licorice with hints of pepper, herb and red berry. The palate is rounded and smooth. Serve neat.
